YEAH! Youth open mic @ crossroads cat cafe!
Join us for our monthly open mic celebrating creativity in the youth of Nashville!
Every third Sunday of the month, YEAH! showcases aspiring youth songwriters and poets who wish to share their work with the world.
Enjoy a wonderful drink or snack in the cafe, visit with the cats, hear original music from talented local youth, and support youth empowerment at this awesome event.
2026 event dates: August 16th, September 20th, October 18th, November 15th, and December 20th.

YEAH! YOUTH OPEN MIC INTEREST FORM
Complete this form to let us know you’re interested in performing at an upcoming YEAH! Youth Open Mic event. Please note completion of this form does not guarantee you performance time.
YEAH! is committed to providing opportunity to as many youth as possible and all young people ages 20 and under are encouraged to sign-up, regardless of level of experience. This is an opportunity for first-timers and experienced players alike.
Participants can perform 1-2 songs per open mic, allowing for time. Songs must be family friendly and not include any content that is explicit or includes harmful or hateful language.
Performance order is randomized and performers must be present by 10:45 AM to perform. Full bands / full drum kits are not permitted.
House Gear Provided: PA system, microphones (2), D/I boxes, instrument + XLR cables, auxiliary percussion (djembe, cajon, tambourine, shakers, etc)
Gear You Need to Bring: Your instrument (Guitars, bass, keyboards, or ukuleles - along with your own guitar picks and capos). Amplifiers: You can bring your own or go directly into the house PA.
