The Next Up Scholarship Fund gives young people ages 6–17 the opportunity to attend YEAH! Rocks Music Camp and year-round Rock Block programming through your venue’s support.

Music venues are more than performance spaces. They are incubators for creativity, connection, and community. By participating in the Next Up Scholarship Fund, Nashville venues can help young artists access mentorship, music education, and creative expression, while fostering the joy, comfort, and connection that only music can offer. Together, we can build a stronger, more compassionate creative community.

How You Can Make a Difference

We ask each venue to contribute $450, which provides at least one full scholarship for a young person to attend YEAH! Rocks Music Camp or Rock Block each year. Your support offers opportunities that can change a life while strengthening Nashville’s creative community.

Ways Venues Can Participate

If your venue would like to participate, here are all the ways you can get involved and start your support of the Next Up Scholarship Fund:

  • Host a benefit show with proceeds going directly to the fund.

  • Donate a portion of drink sales sold at a specific event.

  • Partner with an artist to donate $1 per ticket sold at the door.

  • Direct donation: make a tax-deductible contribution.

  • Creative partnerships: name a backstage area, offer youth residencies, cross-promote, or provide in-kind support.

  • Invite us to your event! We’d love to set up an info table or speak briefly about YEAH!’s mission.
