CONDUCT EXPECTATIONS:
As a Roadie, you are stepping into a leadership role at YEAH!. Junior camp counselors are expected to model respectful, responsible, and positive behavior at all times. Roadies are leaders in our community and help set the tone for campers.
If a camper demonstrates inappropriate behavior, we follow a three step approach to addressing the behavior. However, because Roadies are in positions of leadership and responsibility, YEAH! reserves the right to revoke Roadie status immediately following a first offense if the behavior is serious, unsafe, or not aligned with our community standards.
If a participant is removed from the Roadie program, they will not be eligible to reapply or participate in the program for two summers.
Our goal is always growth, accountability, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment for every camper. We are committed to working with Roadies to help them succeed in their leadership role.
